We are currently looking for a volunteer who would be interested in serving in the Chair of Property Committee role described below:

Chair of Property Committee

The Chair of the Property Committee provides leadership and oversight for the effective and efficient management of all church-owned property and facility rentals.

The scope of this role includes:

• Maintenance, and upkeep of the building, grounds, equipment and security systems.
• Contract management and tenant relations for facility rentals.
• Fire prevention and occupant safety procedures.
• Cleaning and custodian services; and
• Budgeting and project management for capital projects.
